Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients and contractors to gather necessary information and documentation for accurate estimates.
  • Prepare detailed reports, including scope of work, cost breakdowns, and timelines.
  • Review and analyze insurance policies, coverage, and exclusions to ensure accurate assessment of claims.
  • Utilize industry-standard estimating software and tools to generate precise estimates.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, insurance representatives, and project stakeholders to address questions, provide updates, and negotiate fair settlements.
  • Maintain accurate records of all correspondence, documentation, and project-related information.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to enhance professional knowledge and performance.
  • Xactimate experience and claim process handling are required

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Adjuster/Estimator in the Water/Fire Restoration industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and building codes.
  • Proficient in using estimating software and tools
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

 

Benefits

The employee is eligible for the following commission plan to be paid on total sales when the employee refers business to Romexterra:

3% of total mitigation and content sales that are a direct result of a documented relationship that Employee has initiated and maintained

1% of total reconstruction/ repair sales that are a direct result of a documented relationship that Employee has initiated and maintained  

The company will provide a company vehicle, laptop, and cell phone.

  • After 90 days, the employee will be eligible for Paid Time Off
  • 5 days vacation and 3 sick days for the 1st year of employment
  • After 3 years of employment, the employee will be eligible for 2 weeks vacation and 3 sick days
