Overview

As the Water Mitigation Manager at Romexterra Construction Inc., you'll be in charge of ensuring that our construction projects meet environmental, social, and regulatory standards for emergency services having to do with water. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that our construction projects meet the necessary environmental and social standards, while also complying with all applicable regulations and permits.

Job Duties

  • Develop and implement an Emergency Services (ESR) management system to ensure compliance across all projects.
  • Monitor ESR performance indicators, identify areas for improvement, and take corrective actions.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and environmental organizations to meet permit conditions and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide guidance and training to project teams on ESR compliance.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in mitigation, with a strong understanding of environmental, social, and regulatory compliance in construction. 
  • IICRC certifications, WRT, FSRT
  • Knowledge of laws, regulations, and permits related to ESR in construction.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders and regulatory agencies.
  • Problem-solving abilities to address ESR issues effectively.
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple projects.
  • Experience in training employees on ESR compliance.
