Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning and Business Development: 
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve company objectives.
  • Identify new market opportunities and trends to ensure the company remains competitive.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
  • Operations Management:
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services and projects.
  • Monitor and analyze operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Develop and maintain operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity and quality.
  • Financial Management:
  • Prepare and manage the annual budget, ensuring financial objectives are met.
  • Monitor and analyze financial data, providing regular reports to the executive team.
  • Implement cost-saving measures and optimize resource allocation to maximize profitability.
  • Team Leadership and Development:
  • Lead and motivate a diverse team of employees, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, promoting professional growth and development.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and implement strategies to enhance employee productivity.
  • Customer Service and Quality Assurance:
  • Ensure exceptional customer service delivery, maintaining high client satisfaction levels.
  • Implement quality control measures to ensure adherence to company standards and client expectations.
  • Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years experience as a General Manager preferably in the fire/water restoration industry or home services.
  • Strong business acumen and experience in strategic planning and execution.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of financial management principles and the ability to analyze financial data.
  • Proficient in project management and resource allocation.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on finding innovative solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities

Your compensation package offer is as follows:

  • Base pay: $170,000-$200,000/ year. or up to 2% of total annual revenue.
  • Total Projected OTE 6 year compensation: $5,626,508.48 or $703,313.56/ year. 

Benefits:

  • The employee is eligible for the following commission plan to be paid on total sales when the employee refers business to Romexterra:
  • 3% of total mitigation and content sales that are a direct result of a documented relationship that Employee has initiated and maintained
  • 1% of total reconstruction/ repair sales that are a direct result of a documented relationship that Employee has initiated and maintained  
  • The company will provide a company vehicle, laptop, and cell phone.

  • After 90 days, the employee will be eligible for Paid Time Off
  • 5 days vacation and 3 sick days for the 1st year of employment
  • After 3 years of employment, the employee will be eligible for 2 weeks vacation and 3 sick days
